Membership Application
The Sawnee-Optimist Club of Cumming is open to all men and women who reside in or have an interest in the Cumming community. By joining the Sawnee-Cumming Optimist Club you will become a member of Optimist International. For additional information on Optimist International, visit Optimist.org
Our year runs from October 1 to September 30 of each year.
Current club dues are $30.00 per quarter, with a one time initiation fee of $35.00.
